About Pete LaSalle

Much honored for his success as a Realtor, Peter “Pete” LaSalle is the lead broker and co-owner of Weichert Realtors Illiana in northwest Indiana. A resident of Valparaiso, Pete LaSalle facilitates sales of lakefront and farm properties. In 2021, Pete LaSalle was nominated as the state’s Realtor of the Year, serving Valparaiso and other cities in the counties of Porter, Lake, and LaPorte, IN. In addition, Mr. LaSalle’s team achieved a top five percent national ranking by the National Realtors with $42 million in sales in 2021-2022. He has also been included in Crain’s Notable Real Estate Brokers and was named a top producer by the Indiana Board of Realtors. He is also a custom builder at LaSalle Designer Homes & Construction, for which he obtained certification in architectural drafting and interior design, as well as Cypren Services, a property management concern. Prior to these experiences, Mr. LaSalle served as a broker at Keller Williams Realty in Valparaiso, Indiana, where he focused on distressed sales and new construction. An avid cyclist and hiker, he earned a degree in business management in 1998. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Indiana Association of Realtors.
